Gold ATM – Return Policy

 

All merchandise sales being sold to The Gold ATM are final.

 

All jewelry returns/exchanges must be within 30 days, and all luxury bag returns/exchanges must be within 1 day.  Store credit only. No cash refunds. Please see our website for further details.

 

Returns/Exchanges (in-store):  

 

Jewelry:

  • 30 day return/exchange policy
  • Store credit only
  • No returns on “new” merchandise, resized merchandise, or special orders
  • Jewelry must be inspected upon return and must include all tags, boxes, etc
  • Cancelled layaway is eligible for store credit only and valid for up to one year

 

Luxury Bags:

  • 1 day return/exchange policy
  • Store credit only
  • Bags will be inspected upon return and must be in the same condition as the time of purchase.
  • Tags must still be attached and all boxes, dust bags, and paperwork must be present at the time of return.

Warranty & Guarantee

 

 

Jewelry Warranty:  

 

At The Gold ATM, we sell preowned and refurbished jewelry.  We make every effort to sell jewelry in excellent to very good condition, but keep in mind it is still used; therefore, it cannot have the same warranty as new jewelry.  All jewelry includes a remount warranty for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the labor and replacement value of diamonds under 0.25ct. For diamonds over 0.25ct, it covers the labor ONLY.  It does NOT cover the replacement value of the main, center diamond. To exercise this warranty, all issues must be assessed by The Gold ATM prior to any repairs. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and/or abuse or outside damage of the merchandise.  Vintage jewelry is sold in “as is” condition, therefore, no warranty applies.

 

Luxury Bags/Accessories Guarantee:

 

Original manufacturers do not extend warranties on their items once they change hands; therefore, we cannot offer or extend any warranties on these luxury items.  All merchandise is sold as is at point of sale.

 

The Gold ATM Authenticity Guarantee:

 

At The Gold ATM, we are committed to standing by the authentication of our products.  Therefore, we have a zero tolerance policy for fraudulent merchandise. We provide a third party authentication certificate for all designer merchandise.  The actual brands are not involved in this authentication process. We will fully reimburse merchandise should it be proven inauthentic by an approved third party authentication company.  To exercise this guarantee, a case must be opened within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Cases can be filed via email. Merchandise must be shipped within 48 hours of opening the case.  

 

Appraisals:

 

At the Gold ATM, we do NOT supply certified appraisals.  We will only provide you with cash offers to purchase items or provide you with a verbal opinion of what we estimate an item might sell for.  For certified appraisals we suggest that you see a professional appraiser.

 

Store Credit:

 

All store credit is valid within one full year from the date of receipt.

 

Sales Tax:

 

The Gold ATM has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.
